Service Terms

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions, procedures, and related matters concerning the use of vape24.me (the "Service") operated by N2N Logistics Co., Ltd. (the "Company").

Article 2 (Definitions)

• User: An individual or entity of legal age (19+ in the Republic of Korea) who accesses and uses the Service.
• Directory: The collection of domestic vape specialist shop information that the Company collects, verifies, and curates.
• Rep: A field representative account authorized by the Company.
• Brand Partner: A business entity that has contracted for intelligence reports or similar services.

Article 3 (Age Restriction)

The Service is available only to adults aged 19 or older. Access by minors will be blocked immediately upon detection. The Service does not directly sell tobacco products and is provided for informational purposes only.

Article 4 (Accuracy of Information)

The Company makes best efforts to maintain directory accuracy; however, shop operating status, hours, and brands carried are subject to change without notice. Users are encouraged to verify details directly before visiting.

Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)

• Automated bulk collection (scraping, crawling) of the Service
• Redistributing directory information to minors
• Registering false shop information or registering under another's identity
• Facilitating the transaction of tobacco or e-cigarette products in violation of applicable laws

Article 6 (Copyright and Data Rights)

Copyright and database rights to the directory belong to the Company. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use outside non-commercial personal use is prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability under the Copyright Act and the Content Industry Promotion Act of Korea.

Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company is not liable for direct or indirect damages (such as issues during shop visits, information discrepancies) resulting from the use of directory information, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Article 8 (Amendments)

These Terms may be amended in accordance with Service policy changes. Amendments will be announced via the Service at least 7 days in advance.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms and any disputes related to the Service shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with the Seoul Central District Court as the exclusive court of first instance.
